NEW! Too Faced Cocoa Powder Foundation

Oh look, something new from Too Faced that's not another palette! Don't get me wrong,  I think Too Faced makes some amazing quality eyeshadows, but hasn't anyone noticed that they have been putting out palette after palette. They even repackaged old palettes and reintroduced them to the public. Well, now we have a new powder foundation and you guessed it! It's made from cocoa powder and smells like chocolate!Yumm!
