New from Bite Beauty: Best Bite Beauty

It's the most wonderful time of year! Fall, autumn, harvest....holiday collection time...

Who doesn't love the crisp smell of weathering leaves or the unforgettable seasoned warmth of a pumpkin spiced latte? I know I'm not the only one. Between jackets, boots and beanies - my fashion game could not be stronger. But let's not forget what's missing... that perfectly paired berry lip and warm smokey eye.

Well, tis the season! Any self-professed beauty lover knows that the real highlight of fall (besides the fall premier lineup) is the rollout of holiday makeup collections.

To start us off, let's talk Bite Beauty.

The Toronto-based company made their debut into the beauty word with a huge splash a couple years ago. Ever since, their lipsticks have been sought after by just about everyone. While they do come with a somewhat larger price tag, they help us beauty attics out by releasing deluxe sample sizes and kits for us to snap up.

This holiday season, Bite Beauty has brought us a collection called the Best Bite Beauty, which includes four 0.31 oz Mini Matte Crème Lip Crayons for $29 CA ($25 US).

The collection actually includes three new colours of the Matte Crème Lip Crayons - Café (peachy-brown nude), Torte (brown-toned rose), Coulis (raspberry red)s, with Aubergine (eggplant) being part of the permanent collection. All housed in a cute red tin that can be repurposed.

Bite Beauty is only available at Sephora or Sephora.com, so make sure to grab it before it's gone.

NEW from MAC Cosmetics: Huggable Lipcolour Summer 2015 Collection

Man MAC is on fire lately with all these new collections. We got ourselves some new lipstick try on for size now! The MAC Huggable Lipcolour collection boasts 10 bright pink and coral shades tat have possibly the cutest names ever! The collection launches online on May 14. What's ironic about this little guy popping up today is that I actually bought two CARGO eyeshadow palettes at Winner's today...the Shanghai Nights Eyeshadow Palette and the Northern Lights Eyeshadow Palette. So, you know if I bought it at Winners, I didn't pay full price. Nope. I paid $19.99 each.

I am a sucker for every single Tarte collection...especially when palettes are involved. I sorta inadvertently started collecting them a couple of years ago and now I can't seam to stop.

And I don't intend to!

This summer collection is nicely well rounded with two...that's right, two cheek and eye palettes. They are what appears to be Tarte's typical palette packaging - rectangle with six eyeshadows, a full sized blush and a large mirror (Poppy Picnic Amazonian Clay Eye & Cheek Palette) and the circular palette with six eyeshadows, a full sized blush, a bronzer (PAP), a highlighter and a large mirror (Showstopper Clay Palette).

What's great about the packaging on these little guys is that its sturdy. Real sturdy. I love to travel with them because I know it can handle some rough roads. Also, they have everything I need in them.

Let's talk about the rest of the collection. There is a new eyelash curler - Neon Lights Picture Perfect Eyelash Curler, which is the same ol' one that you all all have loved over the years but repackaged. Not gonna lie... I'm tempted to pick this one up. I love the coral and purple packaging....I don't even use an eyelash curler...haha.

Then there's the eyeliner - Lights, Camera, Lashes Precision Longwear Eyeliner. It's the same formula that's part of the permanent collection. Nothing special...just some repacking.

Oh, here's a goodie. I am dying to swatch this little gem. The collection comes with only one lipstick from their Amazonian Butter Lipstick collection but it's in Park Avenue Princess! Say what!!! Yes, the bronzer we ALL love now has a lipstick counterpart. Like I said...can't wait to swatch.

We got four new colours in the LipSurgence Lip Cream collection. I have never been tempted by these guys, but I hear great things. There are some beautiful neutral colours to choose from.

Lastly, we got ourselves something completely new from the brand - a suncreen - Tarteguard Sunscreen Lotion SPF 30. I don't know much about this little guys as its not on the website yet, but its seems interesting at the very least.

Looking for the bronzed goddess look now that we are coming out of the doom and gloom the winter? Estée Lauder has got ya back!

Two lovely bronzed and shimmering palettes for your eyes and face! From what I can tell, they seem to be only sold at Sephora, so if you got your eyes on these little guys, SNAG em! They are limited edition.

The Bronze Goddess Shimmering Nudes Face & Eyes Palette comes in at $66 CA and includes a bronzer and three eye shadows. A fairly basic palette....but sometimes simplicity is perfection!

The second palette - Bronze Goddess Shimmering Nudes Eyeshadow Palette also comes in at $66 CA and includes five warm nudes and three metallic green tone eyeshadows.

Not going to lie, I am totally falling in love with this makeup brand. There is just something so honest and authentic about their products.

This time around we have a couple of new Lip Pen's in two nude colours - Nudity and Bare. Both are encased in the limited edition KISS tin with a full sized mirror.

These lip pens are formulated without parabens, sulfates or phthalates. They are creamy and matte and I NEED THEM! Haha. In all seriousness...I really want them.

Another palette from LORAC for us to fight over. This time we got ourselves a double threat - an eye and cheek palette. With 6 eyeshadows, two blushes, one bronzer and a eye/cheek highlighter, this palette is the perfect travel companion.

Being limited edition and exclusive to Nordstrom this palette will probably not be around for very long.

Ohhhhhhh, more goodies from Bite Beauty! Who doesn't love mini's? And who doesn't love Bite Beauty? Not going to lie...it's taking every once of will power to not buy every single one of these little guys. If you are not familiar with Bite Beauty, you need to know a few things. First, all their products are made out of food grade ingredients and second of all...they aren't cheap.
