Wet N' Wild 8-Pan Eyeshadow Palette, Petal Pusher |
I really wish Wet N' Wild would make more 8 pan palettes for their permanent collection. Sadly, as I live in Canada, we rarely get any of their limited editions. Hint hint. But non-the-less I do have the 8-Pan Petal Lusher Palette to show you all...
As I mentioned above, this is part of their permanent collection. You can find them at Wal-Mart and Superstore for $5.99.

Two looks using Wet N' Wild 8-Pan Eyeshadow Palette, Petal Pusher |
Left Side
Browbone
Off-white matte colour that is very powdery and the colour payoff is disappointing.
Eyelid
Lilac matte colour that is also very powdery. Not overly pigmented.
Crease
Deep purple stain finish that is super buttery.
Definer
Blue based purple that has purple and silver sparkles. It is surprisingly buttery and pigmented.
Swatches of Wet N' Wild 8-Pan Eyeshadow Palette, Petal Pusher |
Right Side
Browbone
Blue-toned pink in a satin finish. It is very buttery and iridescent.
Eyelid
Very complex colour - Burgundy with gold sparkles that make it look like a dark burnt orange. It is a little powdery and not all that pigmented. I found that if you use a spritz of MAC Fix+, then it comes out much nicer.
Crease
Cool-toned brown that has pink sparkles in it. The sparkles do not show up hardly at all when it is swatched. In fact, the colour in the pan does not look anything like the colour swatched.
Urban Decay`s Blackheart in the Naked 3 palette looks like it would be a better representation of this colour.
Urban Decay`s Blackheart from the Naked 3 palette vs. Wet N' Wild`s Right Crease from the Petal Pusher 8-Pan Eyeshadow Palette |
Black semi-satin finish that is super buttery. It has silver sparkles that are not all that intense, but do give a slight glow.
Let me know your thoughts!
Do you think Urban Decay did a better with Blackheart?
