NEW from CARGO: Summer in the City Eye Shadow Palette

What's ironic about this little guy popping up today is that I actually bought two CARGO eyeshadow palettes at Winner's today...the Shanghai Nights Eyeshadow Palette and the Northern Lights Eyeshadow Palette. So, you know if I bought it at Winners, I didn't pay full price. Nope. I paid $19.99 each.



I'm pretty proud of myself.

Anyways, back to the palette of the hour - Summer in the City Eye Shadow Palette. The palette appears to be made up of mostly cool toned shadows with a shimmer finish. Cargo shadows are hit or miss, so I can't speak to the quality...yet.
